If you want to learn how to use a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) board, you can arrange a one-hour private lesson. Our instructor will accompany you and give you the basic instructions to learn how to handle a paddle board with the personalized attention you need to progress with the greatest of guarantees. Our SUP centre is located in Sant Pol beach- S´Agaró in Sant Feliu de Guíxols offers the ideal environment for practicing SUP.

SUP private lesson details

  • Age: any age from 7 years.
  • Duration: the minimum duration of the private class is 1 hour.
  • Hours: 13:15 to 14:15 from Monday to Sunday. For other schedules contact us.
  • Number of people: 1 to 2 people (each with their individual SUP board)
  • Languages: we speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French. Indicates the language when booking the activity.
  • Difficulty level: easy.
  • No previous experience or knowledge is required.
  • It’s essential to know how to swim.

  • You want to receive personalized attention.
  • You already have some knowledge in Stand Up Paddle (SUP) but you want to improve any technical aspect in some way.
  • You have never tried paddleboarding and you want to start with some solid knowledge.
  • You don’t feel capable of following an excursion and want to try first, without the pressure of a group.
  • It’s especially suitable for children between 7 and 10 years old to practice paddleboarding in a safe and controlled way since the group activity minimum age starts at 10 years old.

What’s included in the private paddleboarding lesson?

  • Qualified instructor.
  • Individual paddle board and all the necessary accessories.
  • Short or long wetsuits if necessary.
  • Life jackets (mandatory).
  • Rescue motor boat in stand-by if necessary.
  • Civil Liability and Accident Insurance.
  • A place in our facilities to leave personal belongings.

What do we advise you to bring?

  • Cotton or lycra shirt.
  • Sun protection cream.
  • Croakies if you need to use prescription or sunglasses.
  • Spare clothes and towel for once activity is finished.

We have our own changing room, and near our facilities there are showers on the beach and public toilets.
